free months dog insurance void as breeder did not send details to pet plan, what can i do?


hi, bought puppy and we lost her 6 days later due to a tragic accident, we were and are still devastated, rang insurance company up regards claiming and they had not received details from breeder, rang him and he forgot, so Pet Plan say i have no right to claim. What rights do i have regarding the breeder. Thanks

Pet insurance isn’t LIFE insurance, it’s HEALTH insurance – of sorts. It pays for the vet costs.

So you didn’t actually LOSE anything, monitarily, by the breeder’s mistake. You have no monetary loss. Sorry. Nothing to do.
