Take your puppy to see new things, new places, new people, new animals (no contact with them). Make the experience a positive one, keep upbeat and dont fuss over a scarred reaction. She can contact diseases from places where other dogs have been, some conditions can live for up to one year in the soil and on the ground. I personally don't think it is worth the risk and always wait until 2 weeks after the final vaccination (as recommended by my vet) until taking a new puppy out for its first walk. But you could drive your puppy to a friends house to visit. How about relatives, teach pup to travel comfy in car early.
